  STEP 1: We will discuss about the descriptions of your model/commission. If possible provide concept sketches, pics and other references (especially if you are specific with your order). Here is the list we need from you:

DETAILS:
- Design/Concept art (required)
- Front, side, back, and close-up views (required)
- Style of model (Realistic; Doll/Toy; Dirty; Clean; etc.)
- Other 3D image references if possible
MODEL:
- Maximum polygon count (Triangle basis)
- If 2-sided polygons are applicable or not (Backface cull)
- If face details are needed
  (sample concept)
(Doesn’t support less than 1000 tris ; for facial expressions)
- If hand details are needed (Doesn’t support less than 1000 tris)
- File format exported (.max ; .3ds ; .obj)
TEXTURES:
- Texture dimension
- Texture count (optional)
- Texture format (.psd ; .tif ; .png ; .bmp ; .jpg)
- If transparency is applicable or not
STEP 2: Once all discussions are final, we will send you your order form and price quote.

STEP 3: If price is accepted, 25% of total cost of commission is required as down payment before the project starts.

IMPORTANT: Once we receive your down payment:
- it means that you have read and accepted all Altiz-Studio TERMS & CONDITIONS.
- all initial descriptions are final and cannot be changed.

STEP 4: Commission starts. We may note/update you during the making of the model. Maximum size of images sent to you for approval is 500x500 pixels in JPEG.
STEP 5: When commission is finished we will send you images of the model in different views (front, side, etc.) as proof that the model is done. Sizes of images we give are final. We will then wait for you to send the remaining balance.
 		   
STEP 6: When balance arrives we will send you all files (final model and textures) of your commission.
  We are currently located in the Philippines. Methods of payment are by:

for US and Canada residents only
(for each transaction add $8 for Paystone’s delivery fees)
Once all discussion about the commission is done, a 25% down payment is expected before we start the project.

Optional: Client may pay in full for orders of less than $100 to save you transfer fees.
  1 model may be finished in 1 week to 1 month depending on how detailed or complex the model is.  
  Before commision starts: All initial descriptions are final once we receive your down payment.

During the commission: Additions or requests for changes after approving of the images sent to you during the making of the model are prohibited.

After the commission: You may change or edit the final model and/or textures in any way you want as long as Altiz-Studio is still credited for making the model and textures. 		 
  Only the final model (.MAX / .3DS / .OBJ) and the textures used (PSD/TIF/PNG/BMP/ JPG) will be sent to you through email or if requested, through FEDEX/LBC in CDs.

Delivery fees will be included/added to your balance. If files are lower than 10MB we’ll just send them to you by e-mail in zip file.
