  All portraits are drawn on 9” x 12” Strathmore paper or 12” x 18” Cardinell paper using Graphite or Charcoal pencil. Drawn with very minimal or no background. Prices do not include shipping and handling. Human portrait commissions only.  
  STEP 1: Send us the digital image or scanned photo you want us to portrait  
(by e-mail only). Choose between Charcoal and Graphite pencil.

JPEG file type (high quality)or BMP (24bit) or TIF at 200dpi, maximum file size of 2MB. The clearer the picture the better.

STEP 2: Once all discussions are final, we will send you your order form. 50% down payment is required before the project starts.

IMPORTANT: Once we receive your down payment it means that you have read and accepted all Altiz-Studio TERMS & CONDITIONS).

STEP 4: Commission starts. Please wait for us to finish the image. We may note/update you when your commission is almost done.
STEP 5: When commission is finished we will send you a scanned watermarked image of the portrait (800x600 pixels) as proof that it’s done, and a close-up portion of the image to show the quality. Size of image we give is final. We will then wait for you to send the remaining balance.
NOTE: Shipping fee will be included/added to your balance.

STEP 6: When balance arrives we will send you the original pencil portrait via FEDEX/LBC.

(for each transaction add $8 for Paystone’s delivery fees)
Once all discussion about the commission is done, a 50% down payment is expected before we start the project.
  1 portrait may be finished in 1 month more or less depending on how detailed the photo is.
