Please read the following before ordering or commissioning. Once we receive your payment it means that you have agreed to our terms and conditions below.

  We are currently located in the Philippines. Method of payments are by:

only for big orders of $500 up
for US and Canada residents only
(for each transaction add $8 for Paystone’s delivery fees)
Once all discussion about the commission is done, a down payment is expected before we start the project. Amount of down payments depend on which commission you choose.

Optional: Client may pay in full for orders of less than $100 to save you transfer fees.
  NO FREE SAMPLES OR TESTS ALLOWED. Please check our previous works in the GALLERY for samples.
We do not accept back-end deals.
We do not draw images promoting any illegal activities, racial discrimination, hatred towards a group or anyone, or anything that we see invasive/harmful towards others
You must be 18 years old and above to commission
Comic/manga commission is CLOSED.
NO REFUNDS. All commissions are final. 		 
  YOU MAY have rights over the usage of your commission. You may post them on your website in any manner, print them on t-shirts, use them for your game project, or use it for commercial purposes in your business, etc.

YOU MAY NOT use them for:
- Contests
- Selling Licenses of commissioned images. This is strictly prohibited. They are exclu-
sive only to your website/company.
- ‘How to draw Anime/Manga’ types of business.
- Promotion of any illegal activities, racial discrimination, hatred towards a group or
anyone, or anything we see invasive/harmful towards others.

YOU LOSE ALL RIGHTS IF YOU:
- Ignore all our terms and restrictions.
- Change the name of the artist/credits. If you are the concept designer you can write:
Concept by: your name; Illustrated by: artist’s name
- If your concept sketches are from a different artist and you don’t have his/her
permission to use them. This would be STEALING.
- Did not pay the remaining balance.

We reserve the right to use a few of your commissioned images (we choose) as latest samples in our gallery. For commissions with non-disclosure contracts we will post the images 1 year after termination of agreements or after the project is released. Your company name or website will be placed on the image, including our logo as watermark for protection.		  
  Please give credit to our artists. They work hard for your commissions.
Our signature will be placed on your commissioned images. It will be small and will blend in with the image. Unsigned artworks will only be allowed if it’s reasonable. 		 
  Temporary cancellation: If you cannot pay the remaining balance please inform us earlier/as soon as possible before we finish the image/project. Your commission will be on stand-by. Once you’re ready to pay we will then continue to finish your commission.

Permanent cancellation: We may only give you the right amount of commission equivalent to your down payment depending on what type of work you commissioned. 		 
Example: Type of commission = Anime Economy
4 characters ($50 each) = $200
25% down payment = $50
If permanently cancelled then we will only give you 1 character (the first to be finished) equivalent to the 25% down payment ($50).
Remaining commissioned images will be owned by Altiz-Studio. They cannot be claimed or used for your project/product.

We cannot allow you to cancel the commission when it is already done/finished. The remaining balance is expected to be paid, or your down payment and images are ours. As much as possible we do not like cancelling commissions. Otherwise we MIGHT NOT work for you anymore.
