  STEP 1: We will discuss about the descriptions of your image/commission. If possible provide concept sketches, pics and other references (especially if you are specific with your order). Here is the list we need from you:

STEP 2: Once all discussions are final, we will send you your order form and price quote. If there is a contract signing, we can only send you a scanned image of the signed contract at the start of the project. (Contract papers will be delivered via FEDEX or LBC once all payments are clear.)
STEP 3: If price is accepted, 50% of total cost of commission is required as down payment before the project starts.
IMPORTANT: Once we receive your down payment:
  - it means that you have read and accepted all Altiz-Studio TERMS (written below and
in TERMS & CONDITIONS).
- all initial descriptions are final and cannot be changed.
STEP 4: Commission starts. Rough concept sketch(es) will be sent first (this is not a master sketch). It will be illustrated on a smaller paper since it’s just an idea of what the commissioned image will look like. Size of image in each phase below for approval is 800x600 pixels (JPG) with watermarks.
 
Phase 1 (Pencils): Once the concept sketch is approved, we will start with the pencils and send it to you for approval.
  Phase 2 (Inks): When pencils are approved, we will make the ink page and send it to you for approval.   Phase 3 (Colors): When inks are approved, we will make the color image and send it to you for approval.
 
     
NOTE: In each phase, once you approve of the image it is final and won’t be revised, so please make sure of your decision.
STEP 5: When the colored image has been approved, you are expected to pay the remaining balance before we can send you the unwatermarked full size image.
STEP 6: When balance arrives we will send you the full size version of your commission (without watermarks). And if requested, we may also send you the full PSD files through e-mail or in CD, the original master papers (clear concept pencils and ink papers) together with the contract papers via FEDEX or LBC.

Once all discussions about the commission are done, a 50% down payment is expected before we start the project.

Full payment may be required for orders of less than $100 to save you transfer fees.
  Estimated time to finish your commission:  
  1 page of concept/pencil sketch = 2-4 days
1 ink page = 1-2 days
1 colored image = 2-4 days
Number of days listed above may be extended depending on the image’s details and the complexity of the design.
  All contract terms (including non-disclosure and/or non-compete clauses) will have a maximum length of ONE YEAR from date of signing.

Contract papers will be sent after all payments are clear. Scanned contracts will be sent to you first at the start of the project.
 
  During the approval of each phase (concept sketch/pencil/ink/color) revisions may be done twice (2x).

If we are the ones who missed your revision’s descriptions they will not be counted and we will fix the problem.
 
  Requesting for the master papers is fine. Approved pencil and ink papers only.
Original master papers (pencils and inks) will only serve as your company records.

Rejected master papers or their scanned images sent to you that were not approved during the making of your commission are kept by Altiz-Studio for records and cannot be claimed.

We can only deliver (by FEDEX or LBC) upon request:
 
  - CDs of full PSD files (containing 4 layers: inks, base colors, shadows and
effects) of commissioned images
- Approved original master papers (pencil pages and ink pages only)
- Contract papers
Delivery fees will be included/added to your balance. If files are lower than 10MB we’ll just send them to you by e-mail in zip file.
