STEP
1: We will discuss about the descriptions of your image/commission.
If possible provide concept sketches, pics and other references (especially

STEP
2: Once all discussions are final, we will send you your order form
and price quote.STEP 3: If price is
accepted, 25% of total cost of commission is required as down payment before
the project starts.- it means that you have read and accepted all Altiz-Studio TERMS (written below and
in TERMS & CONDITIONS).
- all descriptions are final and cannot be changed.
STEP
4: Commission starts. Please wait for us to finish the image(s). We
may note/update you when your commission is almost done. STEP
5: When commission is finished we will send you a thumbnail as proof
that the image is done, and a large (full size) portion of the image to
show the quality. Sizes of thumbnails we give are final. We will then wait
for you to send the remaining balance.NOTE: If your payment is full then there’s no need to send you the thumbnails, we will just send the full size image(s).
STEP
6: When balance arrives we will send you the full size version of your
commission.

for US and Canada residents only (for each transaction add $8 for Paystone’s delivery fees)
Once
all discussion about the commission is done, a 25% down payment is expected
before we start the project.Optional: Client may pay
in full for orders of less than $100 to save you transfer fees.

image may be finished in 1 week to 1 month depending on how detailed or
complex the image is. 
We
will not follow any deadlines. Please wait until your image is done. We
will not show you sketches or any progress. If you want to see the pencil
sketches, inks and colors for approval please go to DELUXE
for a 3-Phase process of commissioning.We do not offer pencils-only,
inks-only or colors-only services in this section. We finish the whole image/commission.
Please go to DELUXE for these types of commissions.We do not accept contract
signings (non-compete, non-disclosure, etc.) in this section. Please go
to DELUXE for commissions/projects involving contracts.
All
descriptions are final once down payment has arrived. Any additions or requests
for changes during the process of making the commission are prohibited.
Please wait until your image is done.Requests for changes in the
final work after they’re done which were not written/included in your
description will cost you an additional fee of $10 or higher depending on
the portion to be changed.Balance is requested to be
paid first before we start any changes. Once you have approved on the changes
it will be final, then the additional fees need to be sent first before
we send you the final work.If we are the one who missed
your descriptions then it’s free of charge and we will fix the problem.
Original
master papers (pencil and ink) and original PSD coloring are kept by Altiz-Studio
for records and cannot be given. Only final and finished digital images
will be sent to you through email or in CD.We can only deliver (by FEDEX
or LBC) upon request:- CDs of PSD files for game backgrounds with flat layers of scene and/or items
- CDs of JPG, PSD (flat), BMP, TIFF, PNG with large file sizes
Delivery fees will be included/added
to your balance. If files are lower than 10MB we’ll just send them
to you by e-mail in zip file.
